Ingredients:
1 kg grated cassava 1 grated coconut
3 tablespoons tapioca flour 1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
200 grams palm sugar
3 pandan leaves
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
Sufficient banana leaves, spread on the stove 100 ml water
How to Make:
Step 1: Combine the palm sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and water, then cook until the sugar dissolves
Step 2: After boiling, strain the sugar mixture, and combine with the other ingredients, stir well
Step 3: Wrap the ketimus dough, then steam for 45 minutes over medium heat
