Ingredients:
80 gr / 1 piece of dry rice noodles
100 gr palm sugar / brown, sliced
100 ml water
5 tbsp sago flour
2 sheets of pandan leaves
100 gr or enough steamed grated coconut for sprinkling
How to Make:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. Boil water, brown sugar and pandan leaves until the sugar dissolves. Then remove. Set aside.
Step 2: Soak the rice noodles in hot water or plain water until soft, but don’t let it get too soft. Once soft, drain. Mix the rice noodles, sugar water and sago flour, stir well.
Step 3: Then put the dough into a mold that has been lightly greased with oil. Add pandan leaves. Then steam for 20 minutes or until cooked.
Step 4: Once cooked, remove and cool. Once cool, remove from the pan and cut into pieces. Roll the cake in steamed grated coconut. Serve.
